When we send confirmation of a reservation to you, we enter into a contract together with you, which is subject to these conditions.
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £100 per tipi/yurt is required within 5 days of making booking, if not received within 5 days the booking slot is then released.
If paying by PayPal a surcharge of 2% is implemented to cover Paypal's charges.
Confirmation of booking will be sent out after deposit has cleared, by email unless specified by customer.
Cancellations made up to 28 days before arrival date are entitled to a transferable voucher. If guests then cancel again we reserve the right to charge a rebooking fee of £75 depending on cirmcumstances.
All balance of payments are due one month before stay. If balance has not been received 21 days before arrival date the booking slot will be released and you will lose deposit and have no entitlement to a transferable voucher.
If a cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival date, we will endeavour to re-sell your slot, if we suceed then you are entitled to an alternate date subject to a £50 booking fee, if we do not suceed we will not any refund any monies received or offer any alternate dates. Customers with exceptional circumstances may appeal to the goodness of Eco Retreats' Heart. In this case any decision made by us will be final and not set precedent.
We do recommned you take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Once we have issued you with a confirmation we will do our very best not to make any changes to your booking or to cancel it but we reserve the right to make changes in exceptional circumstances.
We will endeavour to do our best to make your stay enjoyable whilst taking no responsiblity for the weather and all customers coming to stay must come prepared for rain and sunshine bringing suitable clothing and footwear!
We ask our customers to arrive between 4 and 5 pm. Please add at least one hour to all route finder satellite navigation programs. If you are caught in traffic please endeavour to let us know. Customers who arrive much later must be prepared not to be greeted at the site and we will leave full instructions for them. We will be welcoming and go out of our way to ensure you feel safe and comfortable at the site. You must depart by 11am on your last day, sometimes arrival and departure times can be changed but this must be arranged in advance.
Eco Retreats landscape incudes steep slopes, trees and streams. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children explore safely.
Sorry, but we can't allow dogs on the site.
You will look after the yurt and tipis. This means you must keep all our furniture and furnishings in the same state as when you arrived, and leave it clean and tidy. If not we can make an additional cleaning charge or make a claim against you for repair or loss as a result of damage caused.
If you have any special requests or needs you are responsible for telling us at the time of booking. If you have a disability that may affect your stay please let us know before you confirm your booking. We will do our best to accommodate you but will let you know if we are unable to meet your needs.
We cannot take liability for damge to your property no matter how caused.
The number of people entitled to stay in the yurt or tipi shall not exceed the number stated when booking. If this occurs we reserve the right to make additional charges.
