Young treecreeper

Spot the male redstart… You might need the binoculars for this one! He’s towards the right.

Tawny owl at night

Grey squirrel

An unidentified beetle… Any beetle experts out here please get in touch!
The owl and the squirrel were captured on film by a cunningly positioned trail camera.
It’s lovely to find that we’ve got such a variety of birds in the woods and meadows!

Michael,
The unidentified beetle is a Sexton Beetle. The blog looks really good too.
