Wales voted top country in the world to visit in 2014 by Rough Guides readers

Wales

Snowdonia, Wales

Readers of the prestigious  Rough Guides have announced our very own Wales as a top country to visit in 2014, our little nation which encompasses sleek cities and serene settings. The  varied locations here have seemed to impress all visitors.

Our land has constantly invoked a resounding vote of approval from Rough Guides’ page as readers spoke of their brilliant experiences in Wales.

Rough Guides added that :

“Packing plenty of physical beauty into such a small mass of land, Wales boasts some great mountain ranges, lush valleys, a ragged coastline and ancient castles. On Facebook, our fans said the Brecon Beacons and Cambrian Mountains are undisturbed and easily accessible – and are great value compared to other rural areas.”

"We have never been so relaxed and chilled."
